Untreated timber exposed to the elements can fail within five years. Our treatment process extends service life dramatically - up to 15 years for ground contact timber and over 60 years for protected structural components -saving you time, replacement costs, and environmental impact.
THE PROCESS
Treatment Process
Our high-pressure process infuses preservative deep into the timber:

Vacuum Phase: Air is removed from the timber.

Flooding: The vessel is filled with preservative solution.

Pressure Phase: Pressure forces preservative deep into the wood cells.

Final Vacuum: Removes excess solution; preservative is recycled.

Drying: Timber is held under cover until ready for dispatch.
No waste is generated from the process preservatives are reused, and the method meets EU environmental standards.
